Following contract conditions are referred to the vision and use of the website www.atassieco.com and are applied to any service provided by ATASSI&CO (from now denominated Property), for which no other different and expressed General Conditions have not been foreseen at the moment of the user’s registration or on the first service supply;
The General Conditions are subject to the applicable dispositions of the Legislative Decree 185/1999 related to the consumers’ protection for far-off contracts, due to the free of charge services. In particular the users have the withdrawal right according to the time and modalities foreseen by the current legislation.
Prohibition of resale and commercial use of the services
The user’s right to use the services is personal and not transferable.
It is absolutely forbidden for the user to resell or commercially use in any other way the services without the written assent of the Property.
